Start your Monday with an Ignition Small Group session. This Metabolic circuit, and HIIT focused session is designed to promote building lean muscle, scorch calories and sweat with a team to motivate you to reach your goals!

This is the perfect group sessions for beginners and those who are just getting back into their fitness journey! Learn all of the the basics in fitness and much more from our science backed coaching in a safe, fun, team oriented space! From bodyweight training, team cardio, and weight training are just a booking away! Are you ready to join the team?

Fridays 2:00-3:20PM
Brace your core, tighten those glutes and build that lean physique you’ve been wanting all year long! Join the Thrust Small Group Session to build a stronger body, hit new weight goals and test your strength with a team there to cheer you on! Designed and coached by a CSCS certified coach to give a top notch personalized goal oriented experience. This will allow you the chance to test your might in a safe and controlled environment around like minded members! Let’s see what you can build!
